Through retirement my client is keen to secure practice succession for their personal touch service and is looking for a principal, familiar with the sector and be able to demonstrate their understanding.

The clients have enjoyed a mostly remote service level with many clients visited annually from a Soho club therefore a London presence is essential.

The firm briefly comprises;

160 Clients - Mostly Ltd companies and a few sole traders paying monthly typically £1200 per annum.

Clients include DJ's, Artists, Producers, Architects and Photographers with ages ranging from 20'2 to an 88 year old book seller.

1 Staff member (Secretarial) available if required.

The principal is currently overseas and will require Zoom meetings, in addition proof of funds prior to a meeting.

Valuations are expected between 1.2 - 1.5x GRF with a minimum deposit of 50% (ideally more) and sensible clawback conditions will be available to experienced principals.
